1. 12 months warranty on manufacturing defects in glass panels/ doors and fittings.
2. 12 months warranty on chromed surface finishes.

When installing, all pipes being connected to our products must be flushed clean prior to installation, failure to do so may void any claim for warranty

Warranties will be void if:

• The product has been damaged through misuse or neglect
• The product has not been used in accordance with applicable instructions and guides supplied with products
• The product has been modified in anyway
• The product has had repairs without authorization from sunny international hardware group P/L service team.

Delivery

All TM products have 3-5 business days of lead time.

Typically, when you add products to your shopping cart or at checkout and enter your postal code, our website will obtain real-time shipping quotes and estimated delivery times from the shipping company.

Return

Tilemall employs an immediate order processing system upon order confirmation. We advise customers to make their selections carefully, as refunds may not be available for change of mind after an order is placed. If you change your mind, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, provided the items have not been installed. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to Tilemall's Sydney warehouse in Silverwater, NSW 2128. Please note, that there is a 25% restocking fee applied to any exchanges.
