Once a product has been installed, it is deemed accepted. No return or damage claims will be accepted after installation, even if the issue was pre-existing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, do not proceed with installation. Contact us immediately within the 48-hour window.

Condition for Returns

The product must be in original condition and packaging. Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to installation, mishandling, or water exposure.

Return Process

To lodge a return, proof of purchase is required. Timberline may inspect the goods before approving any return or credit.

Lead time refers to the time it takes to dispatch your order from the date it was confirmed by your retailer. Delays in materials or increased demand can affect timings. Our current estimated lead times are:

Special order products we need to order from a supplier – including non-standard cabinet colours, laminate tops, and custom size glass – 3-5 weeks
