Delivery Terms and Conditions

All tile deliveries, unless specified otherwise, will be securely packaged onto a pallet to ensure the safe and protected arrival of your tiles.

Our delivery drivers are equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single-level homes with flat driveways. For apartments or more challenging sites, the driver may require assistance from tradespeople or customers to move the products. Please inform our team in advance if there are any access challenges at your property. Please note, if the driver is unable to complete the delivery upon arrival due to access issues, a redelivery fee may apply. For more info please see our Shipping Policy.

Return

Tilemall employs an immediate order processing system upon order confirmation. We advise customers to make their selections carefully, as refunds may not be available for change of mind after an order is placed. To support your decision-making, we offer a service where you can get 5 samples for $15, ensuring you know exactly what you're purchasing before finalizing your order. If you change your mind, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, provided the items have not been installed. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to Tilemall's Sydney warehouse in Silverwater, NSW 2128. Please note, that there is a 25% restocking fee applied to any exchanges.

Please note that the Leyla Mosaic does not support returns and refunds.

1. Tile Size

Tiles are listed according to their nominal size for general reference. Please note that the actual dimensions may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer and production process. When planning installation, grout joints, or pattern layouts, always allow for minor size variations to ensure proper alignment.

2. Batch Variations

Variations in colour, shade, size, and texture can occur between different production batches. If you are placing an additional order to match previously purchased tiles, please contact our sales team to confirm batch availability and consistency before ordering.

3. Samples

Samples are provided as a general representation of the product. The final supplied tiles may exhibit slight differences in colour, shade, texture, or pattern between production runs. Such variations are normal and fall within accepted manufacturing tolerances.
