Most Mapei products are available for one-day delivery, but certain special colour grouts may require a lead time of 3-5 days.

Typically, when you add products to your shopping cart or at checkout and enter your postal code, our website will obtain real-time shipping quotes and estimated delivery times from the shipping company.

This time is only an estimated reference for the required shipping time provided by the shipping company, and it is not used as a guaranteed standard for delivery time.

The delivery time for most products is typically 5 - 7 business days for metropolitan areas and 7-14 business days for regional areas.

Return

Tilemall employs an immediate order processing system upon order confirmation. We advise customers to make their selections carefully, as refunds may not be available for change of mind after an order is placed. If you change your mind, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, provided the items have not been installed. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to Tilemall's Sydney warehouse in Silverwater, NSW 2128. Please note, that there is a 25% restocking fee applied to any exchanges.
