WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS
Our products are covered by guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for foreseeable loss or damage. Kohler New Zealand Limited (Kohler) also provides a warranty for Englefield plumbing fixtures and fittings.
Warranty coverage starts from the purchase or handover date and includes parts, freight, and labor. The warranty duration is specified in the table below:

COMMERCIAL USE WARRANTY
For commercial or public use, claims are valid within 12 months of installation. Kohler warrants products in private accommodations (hotels, motels) for the same period as residential use.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. Valid only for products purchased in Australia from authorized dealers.
2. Proof of purchase required.
3. Warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable.
4. Warranty is void if the product is damaged by accidents, improper installation, or misuse.
OTHER RIGHTS
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Kohler disclaims any liability beyond what is stated here.

The majority of Kohler products that are in stock are prepared for dispatch within 3-7 business days. Should there be an extended lead time, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to update you accordingly.

All Kohler products have 3-5 business days of lead time.

Return
Tilemall employs an immediate order processing system upon order confirmation. We advise customers to make their selections carefully, as refunds may not be available for change of mind after an order is placed. If you change your mind, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, provided the items have not been installed. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to Tilemall's Sydney warehouse in Silverwater, NSW 2128. Please note, that there is a 25% restocking fee applied to any exchanges.
