- Ceramic Sinks carry a 7-year domestic warranty and a 12-month commercial warranty.
- Attica Baths are offered with a 10-year warranty for home use and a 12-month warranty for commercial use.
- Framed Mirrors, LED Mirrors, and Shaving Cabinets have a 12-month warranty period for both domestic and commercial use. However, the commercial warranty is limited to 30 days for LED Mirrors and Shaving Cabinets.

Tilemall employs an immediate order processing system upon order confirmation. We advise customers to make their selections carefully, as refunds may not be available for change of mind after an order is placed. If you change your mind, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, provided the items have not been installed. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to Tilemall's Sydney warehouse in Silverwater, NSW 2128. Please note, that there is a 25% restocking fee applied to any exchanges.
