The majority of Aulic products that are in stock are prepared for dispatch within 3-5 business days. Should there be an extended lead time, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to update you accordingly.

Delivery

All Aulic products have 3-5 business days of lead time.

Typically, when you add products to your shopping cart or at checkout and enter your postal code, our website will obtain real-time shipping quotes and estimated delivery times from the shipping company.

Tilemall employs an immediate order processing system upon order confirmation. We advise customers to make their selections carefully, as refunds may not be available for change of mind after an order is placed. If you change your mind, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, provided the items have not been installed. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to Tilemall's Sydney warehouse in Silverwater, NSW 2128. Please note, that there is a 25% restocking fee applied to any exchanges.
