• Ceramic Tops and Basins are protected by a 5-year warranty in domestic residences and a 12-month warranty for commercial premises.
• Ceramic Sinks carry a 7-year domestic warranty and a 12-month commercial warranty.
• Attica Baths are offered with a 10-year warranty for home use and a 12-month warranty for commercial use.
• Framed Mirrors, LED Mirrors, and Shaving Cabinets have a 12-month warranty period for both domestic and commercial use. However, the commercial warranty is limited to 30 days for LED Mirrors and Shaving Cabinets.

The majority of Otti and Inspire products that are in stock are prepared for dispatch within 3-5 business days. Should there be an extended lead time, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to update you accordingly.

All Otti and Inspire products have 2-4 business days of lead time.

Tilemall employs an immediate order processing system upon order confirmation. We advise customers to make their selections carefully, as refunds may not be available for change of mind after an order is placed. If you change your mind, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, provided the items have not been installed. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to Tilemall's Sydney warehouse in Camellia, NSW 2142. Please note, that there is a 25% restocking fee applied to any exchanges.
