Most of our products are available within our store. However, product quantities may vary by product and retail location. We also offer expedited shipping options.

There are many benefits of installing tile. Ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles that have been properly sealed have a much longer life cycle and are much easier to clean and maintain over time than many other flooring options. Tile is also hypoallergenic, so it won’t collect bacteria, mold, or germs like other floorings.

It is very important that you should check your order once you receive it. If you find broken material in your order and feel that you cannot repurpose those pieces for cut pieces or future repairs, please promptly notify your Tilemall sales representative immediately to discuss return and/or replacement details. Note: Any claim 30 days after purchase order is not accepted.

Yes, we have Afterpay service.

Yes, we offer up to 5 different cut samples for $15 deliver to you or free pick up in-store, and it is redeemable once you purchase over $99. If you want whole piece of sample or other special request please contact us via sales@tilemall.com.au

No, but The Tilemall store will be happy to refer you to a list of independent Pro Network partners and local trade professionals who can assist you with your tile and stone installation. However, The Tilemall does not guarantee these installations or the accuracy of any information provided by the installers and accepts no responsibility for the quality or timeliness of the installation or any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided. In no event may The Tilemall be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages for any installation or information concerning installation.
