Price Match Qualifications
Quickly check whether a product qualifies for our price match guarantee. The product must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be identical in every way. Same SKU, colour, brand, etc.
- The product must be in stock with the competitor.
- Our competitor must be an Australian retailer and be an authorised dealer of the brand being sold. Yes, there are some shonky dealers trading out there!
- The price must be the final price. This includes delivery charges, service or handling fees, and any other charges associated with the product. The price also cannot be a part of a closing down sale, wholesale offer, liquidation sale, or commercial quantities.
Terms and Conditions
- The competitor’s price must be current on the day of request.
- The product must be identical in every way.
- The product must be in stock with the competitor.
- The item must be in brand new condition, not carton damaged, factory second, or refurbished stock. All our stock is brand new, and therefore, it’s covered by amazing warranties!
- Our competitor must be an Australian retailer and be an authorised dealer of the brand being sold. Yes, there are some shonky dealers out there!
- Apologies, but we don’t match eBay, Gumtree and related Marketplaces, or other marketplace sites as the condition of the goods and the actual supplier of the product and stock levels cannot be verified.
- We take the added cost of delivery into account and the type of delivery our competitors are offering. All our products are automatically covered by our insurance if it breaks on the way we will replace it. See our returns and exchanges policy.
- The price must not be conditional or included in one of the below:
- Financing or payment restrictions.
- Installation or additional service plans.

- Stock clearances or end-of-line
- Liquidations or company closure clearances.
- We reserve the right to not match price errors or mistakes.
- We will also not price match the competitor:
- If their price is below our cost price
- The product is a demonstration model, second-hand or refurbished
- An in-store offer only
- When a Price Match is agreed upon, no further discounts or promotional offers may be applied.
- Price match requests are valid on the day of request only and prior to purchase. Prices will only be held for longer time periods at Tilemall’s discretion.
