We advise customers to make their selections carefully, as refunds may not be available for change of mind after an order is placed. If you change your mind, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, provided the items have not been installed. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to Tilemall's Sydney warehouse in Camellia, NSW 2142. Please note, that there is a 25% restocking fee applied to any exchanges.
