This service guarantees that you can select with certainty, as our samples are a direct reflection of our full-sized products, aiding in visualising the ultimate appearance of your space.
Free Tile and Bathware Samples
You can request up to 5 free tile samples and 5 bathroomware colour sample plates with each order. Our standard tile samples measure 100mm x 100mm to ensure an accurate representation, and sizes for mosaic tile samples may vary slightly. The colour sample plates are designed to assist in harmonising your bathroom's aesthetic.
Shipping Cost
Details on Shipping Costs While there is a cap of 5 free tile samples and 5 colour sample plates per order, a shipping fee of $15 is applied to each sample order. This fee will be credited back to you on a subsequent full purchase of $99 (excluding GST) or more.
Please note that all tile and natural stone products are inherent in shade, texture and batch variation. Sample tiles may differ from the delivered product and are not refundable or replaceable.
